Terms of Service

1. The service
Trrack.it monitors websites you register — uptime, SSL certificate expiry and response time — and notifies you when something looks wrong. The service is operated by Gabriel Costa ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done under your workspace. You may only monitor sites you own or have permission to monitor. One person per account; teammates get their own logins through workspace invites.
3. Plans and billing
The Free plan is free forever within its limits. Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Limit changes apply immediately after upgrade.
4. Fair use
Checks run from our infrastructure against the sites you register. Don't use Trrack.it to probe sites you don't control, to overload third parties, or to build a competing monitoring dataset. We may throttle or suspend workspaces that harm the service or other customers.
5. What monitoring can and cannot promise
Monitoring is a best-effort observation from the outside: a check can miss a short outage between intervals, and a site that blocks automated requests may appear down while being fine in a browser. Trrack.it is an early-warning tool, not a guarantee of detection, and must not be your only safeguard for critical systems.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses caused by missed or false alerts. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You can request deletion of your workspace at any time — a short email is enough. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination your monitoring data is deleted within 30 days.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 14 days in advance.
